After logging in to the letter writing service, you will be presented with three options
(pictured below)
To write a letter, simply click "Write A Letter", followed by "Submit" once you are done.
Once your letter has been submitted, it triggers an internal alert that is sent to those
individual(s) responsible for the handling of letters, this alert simply informs the
staff member that there is a letter in the "Pending" queue, and is awaiting further
action.
The staff member will then print and translate your letter from English into Tagalog, then
forward it directly to the child. Once that is done, the status of your letter is set to
"Sent"
